Who is this for?
Whether you experience the world as unraveling or struggling to be reborn, your work matters. The world is in dire need of creative, brave people who want to be engaged — and we are those people.
This isn’t your typical professional development retreat. Over three immersive days, you’ll dive into the heart of what it means to use coaching skills in your world. We’ll gather as daring practitioners — coaches and changemakers — to rest, play, experiment, and remember why our work matters.
Together, we’ll draw on the wisdom of the group, explore our creative edges, and reconnect with what coaching can be when it’s alive, embodied, and in service to the world we’re part of.
We’ll be meeting on wild land, a setting that invites you to slow down, renew yourself, and reimagine your impact while being held in community. Expect grounded practice, bold experiments, and heart-centered connection — nothing cookie-cutter about it.
Bring your courage. Bring your curiosity. We’ll handle the rest.
