Working with Gina in group mentoring was a transformative experience. Her feedback was both incisive and liberating; she has a way of seeing each coach’s essence and inviting it forward with fearless compassion. What I appreciated most was how she modeled trust in the coaching process itself: she reminded us that we don’t have to overthink or search for the “perfect” question, because our clients often know how to meet us halfway. Gina’s mentoring helped me embrace my own irreverence and use it as a tool for more profound honesty and connection with clients. Her presence, insight, and courage create a space where real growth can happen for both coach and client.

Gina was my mentor during training and post training group mentoring. She helped me understand my coaching style, identify my strengths and get inspired to find my coaching edge. She lovingly challenging me to go beyond “safe” coaching and experiment with my coaching edge in service of the client and their transformation as well as my own growth. Gina structured group mentoring in a thoughtful way such that the four coaches created conscious relationship and were able to expand our coaching range by coaching and observing each other and providing feedback against ICF criteria. I feel more confident and skilled as a coach with Gina’s loving support.

Every time I am mentored by Gina, I discover more about my natural strengths and even gain new perspectives on how to turn my perceived weaknesses into allies. My experiences as a mentee are priceless to me. They become both a skill I use to serve clients as a coach and a tool for my own development.

Gina has an extraordinary ability to hold you with compassion while simultaneously turning up the heat when transformation requires it. She sees clearly what’s possible in you and, with love and support, refuses to let you settle for less. Her mentoring wasn’t just about learning skills; it was about becoming more authentically myself. If you’re looking for someone who will believe in you fiercely while also pushing you toward genuine transformation, Gina is an exceptional guide.

Having mentoring sessions with Gina helped me to build my skills and especially my confidence as a new life coach. She gives feedback with clarity, precision, and compassion. Gina helped me to recognize my strengths and to keep working on my weaknesses. My favorite part of the mentoring was how she helped me to discover different blind spots as a coach and how she gave me tailored recommendations to work on each one of them. After each session with Gina I felt encouraged and inspired to keep growing not only as a coach but as a whole person too.
