ChangeMaker Coaching Application

Gina Kellogg, MCC, a personal and executive coach for 25 years, is offering free coaching services for Changemakers. This project is in support of activists working the areas of immigration justice, reproductive freedom, climate action, or defending democracy. Gina offers this in the spirit of generosity during these challenging times of governmental overreach, and in a time of grave threat to the world.

The coaching will begin in Summer 2026 and include 8 coaching sessions.  Each session will be 1-hour long and can focus on any area of life. Gina assumes that no matter what the topics are that are brought to the session by the client, it will support the work of the changemaker. Your sessions must be completed by May 31, 2027.

If you are interested, please fill out and return the application below. There will be 4 clients chosen.

You do not have to have a formal position in an organization. There is no restriction based on gender, age, or how long you have been working in the field. Those established in their field or just beginning to build the work are equally encouraged to apply.

Applications are due May 1, 2026. Clients will be chosen and notified by May 15, 2026. Applying does not require you to accept. Coaching will begin in June 2026.

What is Coaching?

  • take action to reach their goals
  • reflect on their actions and share feedback
  • build self-confidence and self-awareness
  • improve their decision-making abilities
  • find new ways to take action

  • engage their courage to think more broadly about the impact they want to have
