We understand: sometimes life changes! And, every participant registration involves fees and other costs, including, as we get closer to the event, minimum payments per registration to our venue. We aim to be generous with our refunds while caring for the financial health of our event.

March 31 – April 15, 2026 | Full refund minus a $175 administrative fee |
April 16th – May 15 | 50% refund |
May 16 – June 30 | 25% refund |
After July 1 or No Show | No Refund |
