Wild Seeds Retreats

I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately.

Life can get loud. Your calendar fills, your brain spins, and the things that matter most get pushed to “later.” A Wild Seeds retreat is a deliberate pause, space to breathe, listen, and reconnect with the part of you that knows what you need next.

Here, nature isn’t just a backdrop. It’s part of the process. The land helps you slow down. Spacious time helps you hear yourself. And guided coaching helps you move from stuck to steady, from scattered to intentional.

Whether you’re craving a reset, a creative spark, or a brave next step, a retreat is where momentum becomes meaningful.

Individual retreats

Individual retreats are 3-day personal retreats designed entirely around you—your questions, your edges, your hopes, your next chapter. Led by Master Certified Coach Gina Kellogg, these retreats are for people who are ready to get unstuck, become more fearless, and rediscover their creative aliveness.

You’ll stay at Gina’s spacious rural home in Northeast Kansas, where the prairie meets the eastern hardwood forest—an “edge place” that naturally invites new ideas and fresh possibilities. With room to reflect, experiment, improvise, and create, you’ll have the support and space to build a more intentional life.

Expect nourishing food, restorative time in nature, deep conversation, and a retreat experience that helps the truest version of you emerge—clearer, braver, and more on purpose.

Group Retreats

Group retreats are built around a specific theme and guided by experienced facilitators in the Wild Seeds spirit: grounded, creative, and deeply human. These are not conference-style weekends or cookie-cutter workshops. They’re immersive experiences in a wild setting, blending rest, experimentation, and shared learning—so you leave changed, not just informed.

Current group offerings include a professional development retreat for coaches and change-makers, led by Gina Kellogg and Mary Kuentz. Over three days, participants gather to reconnect with the heart of their work, explore creative edges through embodied practice, and engage real-world questions about impact and purpose—while being held by a warm, courageous community and a wild landscape that invites renewal.

You can expect:

  • Restorative time on wild land

  • Practical, experiential sessions (not just talk)

  • Brave, heart-centered connection and community

  • Bold experiments that open new pathways in your work and life

Come plant your wild seeds. Let’s find our way, together.
