The Wandering Needle:

Every project here starts with a small, stubborn feeling: a color that won’t be quiet, a scrap of an old quilt with a wish for a second life, a memory or idea tugging at me, all to be reimagined in words, thread, color or texture. 

From hand quilting to embroidery to improvisational fabric collage, this blog traces the meandering path of my fiber art journey and the thoughts stitched within it. Through this journey and my career as a life coach, these experiments lead to surprises and life changes.
